Tam O'Shanter Beach
ABOUT
Tam O Shanter is a seaside village
blending relaxed living with a natural
coastal landscape. Located between
Lulworth and Weymouth on the north
coast of Tasmania

There are already 50 established houses,
many are hidden by natural vegetation.

​
Gently curving roads encourage slower
drivers. Private shaded walkways totalling
4km lead to the foreshore and all around
the village.
High and dry blocks of land provide for
north facing views of Bass Strait.
​
The foreshore of Tam O'Shanter Bay has a
wide sandy beach, while One Tree Point
features interesting rock pools. East from the point are the boat ramp and several small sandy beaches. The night sky is so clear it creates an astronomers delight.
​
There is an established 9 hole golf course with another 9 holes in development.
Climate
Weather year round temperatures rarely go beyond a minimum of 5 áµ’c to 25 áµ’c mid summer. One of the most temperate climates imaginable.
